D. Ugarriza reported for J. Trybulski on the results of the election.

- Faculty Counselor – Jeanne Gottlieb
- Vice President – Mary Asher

It was reported that 13 write in names were received for President Elect.  D. Ugarriza will suggest to J. Trybulski that she contact those who received write in nominations to verify their interest in the office.  One of the write in candidates was J. Siegel and discussion was held on her eligibility to continue on the Board even through she has been a Board member for six consecutive years.  D. Ugarriza will suggest to J. Trybulski to contact STTI to see if J. Siegel is eligible to continue in office.  G. Labadie suggested turning it back to the Leadership Succession Committee, as a one time need, to allow it to occur for a candidate who has the history and experience in being a member of the Board.

P. Messmer, as chair of the Governance Committee, will revisit the Chapter’s bylaws regarding eligibility requirements in filling positions if a candidate has been on the Board for six consecutive years.
